Fanta Chicken

I first heard of Fanta Chicken when the lovely @missroc1 posted a photo on her Instagram feed. I was intrigued and knew i'd have to give it a go myself. It is delicious, Phil wasn't keen on the idea of this recipe at all but decided he liked it too and Seb enjoyed it too.
It is actually a Slimming World recipe and there seems to be a few versions out there, i had a look at a few and took what i wanted from each. Mine isn't Slimming World friendly incase that is what you are looking for! 
Diced chicken breast
2 peppers(we used Orange and Red), chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp of soy sauce
300ml passata
300ml Fanta
Tinned pineapple chunks

Cook the chicken breast in a large pan with a little oil, then add the peppers and onion and cook until softened. Add your soy sauce, followed by the passata and the Fanta(make sure your Fanta isn't cold when adding). Stir through and add the pineapple.
Cover the pan and cook on a low heat for around 20-25 minutes, stirring regularly until the sauce thickens.

I served ours with boiled rice.
