Carrot and Courgette Muffins

A yummy lucnhtime treat for little ones and mums
 To make 8 large muffins

2 eggs
1 courgette,grated
1 carrot, grated
2 heaped tablespoons of cheese, grated
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
4 tablespoons of milk
150g plain flour
30g sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder

 Preheat your oven to 200C
Break the eggs into the bowl and beat with a fork, add the courgette, carrot, cheese, milk and oil and mix through. In a seperate bowl mix the flour, sugar and baking powder and then combine with the egg mixture. Spoon the mixture into some muffin cases until they're 2/3 full and pop into the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
