Eggy Bread

A current favourite for Seb is Eggy Bread. Easy to make with ingrediants you usually have in the house anyway, it makes an nice alternative to toast. 

2 eggs
a dash of milk
2 slices of bread 
a little oil or butter
sugar and cinnamon

Beat your eggs and milk together and pour into a shallow dish. Quarter the bread and soak in the egg mixture. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the soaked bread pieces, fry for several minutes until golden brown on both sides. Sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon over the top while still hot and serve!
