We stuck to our meal plan again last week, i think planning in the odd takeaway or meal out works well as then i don't feel guilty about having them. It gives me a sense of satisfaction seeing that we've used all our food up at the end of the week. We did have some potatoes leftover but i got round that and used them for potato printing with the boys.
This week Phil is working several late nights meaning that we'll all be eating at different times quite alot. I've also gone for a couple of 'lazy' meals that can just be thrown in the oven as it can be hard to stand and cook every night with two toddlers running riot plus we've been overtired thanks to the dreaded teething.
Chicken Korma with rice and naan
Pork and apple sausages, mash and peas
Fish and chips
Cheese, tomato and bacon pasta bake
Pork meatballs in tomato and chilli sauce with pasta
Pizza and garlic bread
Snacky tea to use up some of our Christmas leftovers
Not a very inspiring week, i shall try harder next time!
