This "recipe" is so simple that Seb made it with minimal help from me, don't let that fool you though, these chewy cookie type biscuits are lovely and we had to make another batch as the first went so quickly.
1 ripe banana
1 cup of oats
2 tsp honey
Preheat your oven to 180° and cover a baking tray with parchment. Chop and mash the banana in a bowl and then stir in the oats and honey. Mix well then pop the mix onto the baking tray in small slightly flattened balls(I made 8). Cook for 15 minutes or until golden.
You can change the honey for chocolate chips, peanut butter or maybe nutella. If you feel super virtuous you can just use the banana and oats :)
