Now I'm back on the meal planning bandwagon I'm feeling inspired again. This week I've been hunting down lovely recipes to try which I will probably cook and feature over the next few weeks.
We did well last week, Chicken and Chorizo pasta went down well with everyone and was super simple to make and the babybel burgers were just delicious!
We also popped into Trinity Kitchen in Leeds this week and tucked into ribs and waffles, divine! I love the concept of Trinity Kitchen, that each month you can tuck into something different.
Monday- Chicken tikka masala with rice and poppadoms
Tuesday-Steak, sweet potato and veg
Wednesday- Beef fajitas, wedges and sweetcorn
Friday- Toad in the hole and mash
Linking up with meal planning Monday, head over to At Home With Mrs M to join in.
