I'll be honest this is so simple, that I feel a bit guilty about calling it a recipe but a recipe it is and one so easy that anyone can make it. Pasta is a staple in our house, we usually have it twice a week and sometimes more if we have it at lunch time too so I am always trying new ways to eat it.
Tin of tuna, drained
300ml Double Cream
200g cheddar cheese, grated
Cook pasta in a large pan and drain. Pop the pasta back into the pan and add the cream, cheese and tuna. Warm over a low heat while stirring until the cheese has melted. Serve
Told you it was easy! Of course you can add sweetcorn or anything else you fancy but this is the simple meal.
