Oh my goodness it is February, that means I am having a baby next month! I am starting to consider how I am going to manage to produce meals for us all while meeting the demands of a new baby, I am starting to get myself a list of quick easy meals plus I am hoping to do some batch cooking over the next few weeks so I have a stock of things in the freezer.
Last week went okay, we ate 6 of our 7 meals. It was my fault really we had a busy day on Friday and I fell asleep in the afternoon so Phil sorted the boys some food and we ended up having our first takeaway of 2016. I don't feel too guilty though! Baking wise i made some banana and blueberry flapjacks which went down really well with the boys, i should really make flapjacks more often. Through the week I also Instagrammed our breakfasts as it was National Breakfast Week.
This week our plan is a bit pasta heavy but I do love pasta so much! Sebastian asked if we could make pizza so we are doing that on Wednesday. Apart from our main meals I am planning on making a lemon cake and a batch of soup.

Wednesday Homemade pizza and salad as requested by Sebastian
Thursday Pasta in a chunky tomato and pepper sauce with chorizo sausages
Friday Chicken Kievs, chips and sweetcorn
Saturday Slow cooker spaghetti bol
Sunday Sausages with Welsh onion cake and peas
