If you haven’t heard of Degustabox before, it is a monthly food and drink subscription box containing items from both well loved and new brands so you can discover delicious new flavours each month. We have been lucky enough to have been reviewing these boxes for over a year now, and i genuinely love them especially as the contents are a total surprise until you open the box, plus the delivery service is excellent. You can see my thoughts on previous boxes and some recipes I have made with products received in the boxes here.  Recently Degustabox introduced DB Discoveries a way to introduce us to smaller and less known brands to us. Onto this month's contents.

Hartleys We received 2 different jelly products in this month's box, Hartleys Fruit in Jelly and Hartleys 10 cal jelly pot. I usjally have a couple of pots of jelky in the cupboard at home as easy treats. The boys zoomed in on the Fruit in Jelly right away and they were thoroughly enjoyed, there was plenty of fruit inside them. I have kept the 10 cal jelly pots to have once baby arrives and I need a quick sweet treat.

Sarsons Malt Vinegar The classic malt vinegar found in kitchens up and down the country has a new limited edition bottle featuring it's well loved fish and chip characters. I'love be honest I am not a vinegar fan but Phil has been enjoying this on chips.

Mr Kipling We are all familiar with Mr Kipling and his exceedingly good cakes but these new exceedingly good slices are the latest addition to the range. Golden oaty cake slices with tasty ingredients for a delicious treat. We received a pack of Fruity Cranberry and Orange slices and they made a perfect accompaniment to an afternoon cuppa.

VitHit A juice based soft drink 100% RDA of 8 different vitamins, no added sugar and less than 35 calories per bottle. This is the perfect post workout drink. I've actually put this into my hospital bag.

Beloved Dates Beloved is a new premium food brand based around the superfood that is the humble date, all products are vegan and have no added sugar. We received two of the company's cereal bars to try in Cranberry and Blueberry and Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds. Now I will be honest and say I am not a big fan of dates so I gave these to the boys as a snack and they really enjoyed them.

Nutribix A brand new wholegrain cereal usimg honey, coconut and sorghum, these are crunchy and filling.  These were one of the standout products of this month's box for me. We have been eating these for breakfast either alone of with chopped fruit and they are so good! I will be following Nutribix to see what products they bring out next (a chocolate chip version would go down well with us!)

DB Discoveries Nari Juice This months Discovery product is certainly new to me. Nari Juice is coconut palm sap infused with 100% natural fruit and spice extracts. We received the lemon and ginger flavour, I have to be honest I can't face ginger products at the moment so am saving this to try once baby arrives.

Divine We were sent two of Divine Chocolates brand new caramel bars one in milk chocolate and the other in dark chocolate. Divine is a great company, in fact they are the only UK chocokate company that is 100% fairtrade. I was kind and shared with Phil, needless to say we both enjoyed this indulgent treat.

London Crisp Company Delicious crisps made in the capital, this is a totally new brand to me and I am really pleased to have tried them,  we received a bag of Sweet Chilli flavour and they were enjoyed by myself and Phil.

Ritz Crisp and Thin Ritz products always go down well in this house, and these new oven baked snacks are no exception. Perfect for a party or simply just because, I will be looking for these in the shops.

J20 Being pregnant it is nice to try a tasty non alcoholic drink and I found the new J20 spritz drinks to be really lovely. They aren't too fizzy (fizz can give me heartburn) and the flavours are lovely,  I loved the Apple and Watermelon combo.

A fantastic box as ever with some massive brands alongside newer ones, the value of this box is amazingoing as the contents retail at well over £20.  As I mentioned at the start of my post you can get £6 off your first box, simply sign up at Degustabox and use the code BLDEG15 for your discount.

You can also Degustabox on Facebook and follow them over on Twitter or Instagram to keep up to date with the latest information.
