Happy Halloween! I hope everyone's had a lovely weekend. Today is Alexs 4th birthday, so we are having a day of food that he has picked, pancakes with chocolate spread and bananas for breakfast, homemade pizza for lunch, a picky tea and of course a Fireman Sam cake!
We don't have too many plans set in place this week, I think we are going to a local farm one day and into Leeds another day so our meals may swap around depending how much time I have to cook. I am trying to use up what is in the freezer and cupboards over the next couple of weeks ready for Christmas.
Monday Birthday tea
Tuesday Chicken and sweet potato korma and rice
Wednesday Slow cooked sausage cassoulet with mash
Thursday Cheese, bacon and sweetcorn pasta
Friday Roast beef dinner
Saturday Cottage Pie
Sunday Fishcakes, chips and peas
