Ella's Kitchen have teamed up with Save the Children and 30p from the sale of each Ella's Kitchen Jingle Belly Christmas Dinner pouch will be donated to Save the Children's award winning Families and Schools Together programme. The programme works in the UK promoting the importance of family meal time and the positive impact this has on development. This is something I feel is very important and we try to eat as a family as much as possible. I believe it helps create good eating habits and a time to sit and talk as a family.

Barney was sent a Jingle Belly pouch to try and he gobbled it up. Inside the pouch is turkey, potatoes, broccoli, parsnips, carrots, cranberries and sprouts plus much more. So nearly everything you would find on a standard Christmas dinner. All of the ingredients are 100% organic. At 8 months old Barney prefers to feed himself so I let him have the pouch to eat from. He certainly seemed to enjoy the taste! I popped a little bit into a bowl so you can see the consistency which is like a thick smooth paste. This is perfect if you are following traditional puree weaning and your baby is still learning to chew. It's fun festive packaging means it makes a cute stocking filler too.
