I was contacted recently about the new Asda Little Angels Day and Night Pants. These super absorbant pants are designed especially for older children aged 4 to 12 for use during the daytime and overnight.
Alex has been potty trained for quite some time now but like many, at night he does need some protection. Overnight we use a disposable pull up pant on him. This week we have been putting Asda Little Angels Day and Night Pants through their paces.
The pants are available in two size ranges. Medium for children 4-7 years old (38-66lb) and Large for children 8-12 years (38-66lb). We have been using the medium size and Alex is at the lower end of the weight range for this size. The pants fit him well with lots of growing room both heightwise and around the elasticated waist. The sides of the pants are soft and flexible for comfort and are also easy tear to make removal quick and easy. Alex is able to put on himself and he likes the football design on the pants.
Alex sleeps overnight for around 12 hours. The day and night pants are soft and gentle against his sensitive skin which can be easily irritated. We have found them to be very absorbant and we haven't had any overnight leaks while using them. I am really impressed with this as so many brands we have tried simply are not able to cope with overnight use. I think these pants will be useful for many parents of older children who are not quite confident with potty training, have overnight accidents and those with incontinence issues.
ASDA Little Angels Day and Night Pants are available to buy now in larger ASDA stores and online RRP £3.87
