Happy Monday Meal Planners! I hope everyone had a lovely week. There was lots of sunshine here which we enjoyed, even taking off to the seaside one day, fish and chips on the seafront is always the best. We did miss a couple of our meals past week because we were busy but I have swapped them around so nothing was wasted.
This week I am hoping for more sunshine and lots of outside time. Phil finishes his shift pattern tonight and then he has some time off until after Easter so that will be lovely. I will definitely be doing some Easter baking with the boys this week too.
